Order Processing and Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: First deliveries are typically processed within 1–3 business days of subscription. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional events. Second and ongoing deliveries are processed to arrive on approximately the same day each month.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email on subscription. After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each delivery.

2. Rates

Shipping is on us for orders above £50 and for all subscription deliveries. For all other orders delivery is £3.49.

3. Shipping Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for domestic orders. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days; however, this can sometimes take longer. Please note that shipping times are estimates and we have no control over potential delays.

If your package has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us for assistance. Tracking information will be sent to you via email through Royal Mail.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided via email through Royal Mail or the relevant courier. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

Missing or Lost Packages: If your package is missing or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us after 10 working days. We will work with the carrier to help locate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at help@modeshave.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can update the information before dispatch.

7. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

International: we are not currently able to deliver outside of the UK.

Restricted Areas: Some remote or restricted areas may be excluded from delivery. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

8. Return of Undelivered Packages

Packages returned to us due to missed delivery or being unclaimed will incur an additional shipping fee if resending is requested. This fee will be applied before the product is dispatched again.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all orders placed after the effective date.
